Connecting to the breath is essential to inner awareness and only once we take time to tune in to the self, can we meet the self and allow new projects and creativity to be born. Meditation helps to process transformation and change and asana (postures) practice keeps us grounded in strength and stability.

Join us on the 5th-6th of December for this virtual Yoga Festival of Light to celebrate the practice of yoga in its entirety and learn how to find oneness with the mind, body and soul! Over a weekend we will bring to you a packed schedule of yoga, meditation, breath work and webinars from expert teachers and practitioners. You will be able to connect to the Yoga Community, raise important questions and take part in some amazing sessions helping to spread light and peace at a time when the world needs it most!
