During this 1 hour class we will practice Yoga on a holistic level through Pranayama and meditation. Build a conscious and joyful relationship with your breath, become more aware of your way of breathing and how to change it depending of your daily needs. This will transform your practice and improve your health on and off the mat.

In the « Welcoming the light » Nidra class, open yourself to receive. Create space, cultivate calm, ground yourself and trust the process of becoming your true self.

In the « A luminous heart » Pranayama and meditation class we will connect deeper with our heart chakra, cultivating, growing and using our Prana (vital energy) to heal, rise and shine.
