Steph is normally found teaching and deepening her yoga practice in India. very much dedicated to Vinyasa Flow and dynamic movement. With a passion for choreography, she combines strength and flexibility, with  a fusion of contemporary and traditional alignment. With a new-found connection to Yin Yoga, this has led to a deeper exploration of slower, mindful movement and meditation. Since Completing her Yin training and study of meridian lines and the fascia system, it has led to a deeper understanding of her own practice which is reflected in her teachings. 

Steph discovered her love for yoga through fitness in 2012. After seeing the benefits of her yoga practice both physically and mentally, she became dedicated to learning more. In 2015, she completed her 200 hour YTTC in Hatha Yoga. She went on to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Flow in studios throughout Liverpool.

After completing her 500 hr YTTC at Kranti Yoga in Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow she continued to stay on in India as a karma yoga student at the school, going on to lead the 200 hour YTTC. She is dedicated to seeing students grow, learn and blossom into yoga teachers all around the world, building strong connections with all her students and passing on her own experiences. 

She is currently back in Liverpool teaching online classes in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin. She is starting her own new journey of setting up her own YTTC and yoga retreats for when she returns to India next year.
